MnBaladna is the delivery marketplace for Arab and international shops in the Netherlands, with four modules: Grocery, Food, Shop and Pharmacy. Customers in 371 delivery zones order in English, Arabic, Dutch or German. This guide takes you from registration to your first order.

Step 1: See how a store looks

Visit Makhzan MnBaladna, our demo store, at makhzn.mnbaladna.com. Its website was made with the same website builder you get. It uses test payments, so no real orders are placed. See Makhzan MnBaladna Demo Store.

Step 2: Choose your plan

Subscription plans are a fixed yearly fee, and every plan starts with a 3-month free trial: Economy €199/year (up to 200 orders and 100 products), Intermediate €299/year (300 orders, 150 products), Advanced €399/year (400 orders, 200 products, plus chat) and Premium €599/year (unlimited). The commission plan charges a percentage per order instead: about 10% for restaurants, 5–8% for groceries and 8–10% for retail. Every merchant gets a store website on any plan. Step 3: Register your store

  1. Go to the vendor registration form.
  2. Fill in your store details: store name, module, address and map location, logo and cover image.
  3. Enter the owner's details and create your login.
  4. Choose your business plan (subscription or commission).
  5. Submit. MnBaladna reviews your registration and contacts you.

Step 4: Log in and set up your store

Log in to the vendor panel and work through these steps:

  1. Business section > My shop: check your store details.
  2. Business section > Store config: set the Daily Time Schedule, delivery time, minimum order amount and switch Delivery, Take away and Scheduled order on or off. See Set Opening Hours and Delivery Time.
  3. Catalog: create your categories under My Category and add items. See Add Product to Store.
  4. Wallet Management > Disbursement method: add your bank account or PayPal for payouts.
  5. Click Build Your Custom Website in the header to set up your own store website. See Your Store Website.

Step 5: Install the Store app

Download the MnBaladna Store app from Google Play to receive and confirm orders, manage drivers, chat with customers, and change delivery time and opening hours on the go. See MnBaladna Store App Overview.

Step 6: Receive orders and get paid

Grow your store

  • Reply to reviews under Business section > Reviews, and upload reels under Marketing.
  • Earn a verified badge to build trust.
  • Join campaigns, create coupons and banners. See Manage Campaigns.
