Manage Campaigns

MnBaladna runs platform campaigns, for example around Ramadan, Eid or the start of the school year. Participating stores are shown together to customers, which gives you extra visibility. You do not build these campaigns yourself: you join the campaigns MnBaladna publishes.

Join a basic campaign

Log in to the vendor panel at mnbaladna.com.
In the sidebar, open Marketing > Basic campaigns.
Read the campaign details: period and conditions.
In the Action column, click the join button for the campaign you want.
Your participation may need approval by MnBaladna before your store appears in the campaign.

Other campaign types in the Marketing menu

Item Campaigns: campaigns for specific products.
Flash sales: short, time-limited discounts.

Leave a campaign

Open the campaign in Basic campaigns and use the option in the Action column to leave.

Follow the results

Orders during the campaign appear under Sales > Orders. See Handle Store Orders.
Use the Report section (Store Earning Report, Expense report) to see what the campaign brought in and cost. See Track Store Expenses.

Create your own banner: Create Banner Ads
Request a paid ad: Create Paid Ads

Tips

Update your stock before the campaign starts and check Catalog > Items > Low stock list.
Check your opening hours and processing time in Store config. See Set Opening Hours and Delivery Time.
