To add or update your address in the MnBaladna app, go to your Profile (usually the person icon in the bottom menu). Select “Addresses” or “Delivery Addresses”. Tap “Add New Address” to create a new one, or choose an existing address and tap “Edit”. Enter or modify the details (street, building, floor, apartment, landmark, city), set it as default if needed, and save. The app uses your location for suggestions, and you can add multiple addresses for different purposes.
Yes, you can change the language in the MnBaladna app. Open the app and go to your Profile or Settings (gear icon or menu). Look for “Language” or “App Language” and select your preferred option (English, Arabic, Dutch, German, or others if available). The change applies immediately across the entire app interface, menus, and product descriptions where supported.
To benefit from offers and coupons, open the MnBaladna app and go to the “Offers” or “Promotions” tab (usually in the home screen or bottom menu). Browse available deals, discounts, free delivery, or category-specific coupons. When checking out an order, look for the “Apply Coupon” or “Promo Code” field, enter the code if you have one, or select an automatic offer. The discount applies instantly if eligible. Some offers are store-specific or time-limited, so check the terms.
You earn reward points automatically with every qualifying order (based on order value, store, or promotions). Points are added to your account after the order is completed and can be viewed in your Profile → “Reward Points” or “Wallet”. To use them, during checkout, select “Use Reward Points” or toggle the option to apply available points as a discount. Points may have minimum redemption rules or expiration dates, so check your balance regularly.
To invite friends, open the MnBaladna app and go to Profile or Menu → “Refer & Earn” or “Invite Friends”. You’ll see your unique referral code or link. Share it via WhatsApp, SMS, email, or social media. When your friend downloads the app, signs up, and places their first qualifying order using your code/link, both of you receive reward points, discount, or cash credit (depending on the current campaign). Track your referrals and rewards in the same “Refer & Earn” section.
The digital wallet (e-wallet) in the MnBaladna app lets you store funds for quick payments. To add money, go to Profile → Wallet → “Add Funds” or “Top Up”, choose an amount, and pay via card, bank transfer, or other available methods. Your balance appears in the Wallet section. During checkout, select “Pay with Wallet” to use the funds directly (it covers full or partial amount). You can also receive refunds or referral bonuses into the wallet. Check transaction history anytime in the same section.
To update your personal information as a Seller in the MnBaladna Store App, go to your Profile or Account Settings section. There you can edit details such as your name, phone number, email, store address, business name, or other profile data. Make the changes you need and save them. The updates will reflect immediately in your store dashboard and across the platform.
In the MnBaladna Store App, you can communicate directly with customers through the built-in live chat feature. When a customer sends a message about an order, product inquiry, or delivery issue, it appears in the Chat or Messages section of the app (usually under Orders or a dedicated chat tab). You can reply in real-time, attach photos if needed (e.g., for order confirmation or issues), and keep the conversation organized per order.
In the MnBaladna Store App, you can easily track your store’s performance and access detailed reports through the Analytics or Reports section (usually found in the main menu, dashboard, or under “Statistics/Performance”).
To delete your personal information, you must permanently delete your Rider account via the app’s settings. This removes all associated data (profile, phone, email, location history, orders, earnings, etc.) irreversibly. Go to Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account, then confirm the action. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. If you have pending payments or issues, contact support
To update your personal information in the MnBaladna Delivery app as a Rider, go to your Profile section in the app. From there, you can edit details such as your name, phone number, email, profile photo, vehicle information, bank details (for payments), and preferred language. Make the changes you need, then save or confirm. Some updates (like phone number or bank account) may require verification via SMS code or email. Changes take effect immediately for most fields, but critical ones (e.g., identity documents or vehicle registration) may need admin approval.
