Hire Delivery Staff

If your store delivers with its own staff, add them to MnBaladna. Your drivers then log in to the MnBaladna Delivery: Earn Daily app with the phone number and password you create for them, and deliver your orders.

Before you start

  • Make sure Delivery is switched on in Store config. See Set Opening Hours and Delivery Time.
  • Each driver needs an Android smartphone with the MnBaladna Delivery app from Google Play.
  • Have the driver's identity document ready: passport, driving licence or national ID.

Add a delivery man

  1. Log in to the vendor panel.
  2. In the sidebar, open Deliveryman section > Add delivery man.
  3. Fill in:
    • First name and Last name
    • Email
    • Identity type (Passport, Driving license or Nid), Identity number and Identity image
    • A photo of the driver
    • Phone
    • Password: at least 8 characters with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and a symbol
  4. Save the form.
  5. Give the driver their phone number and password. They use these to log in to the MnBaladna Delivery app.

Manage your drivers

  1. Open Deliveryman section > Deliverymen list.
  2. Click a driver to see their profile: online/offline status, orders, cash in hand and reviews.
  3. Use Suspend to block a driver who no longer works for you.

How delivery works for your driver

  1. The driver sees the order in the Delivery app. The driver also appears in the Delivery Man card on the order details. See Handle Store Orders.
  2. They collect the order and deliver it.
  3. The customer gives the driver a verification code (OTP) to confirm delivery.
  4. For cash on delivery orders the driver collects the cash; you can follow their cash in hand in the driver profile.
