Accept and Deliver Orders

This guide explains a delivery from start to finish in the MnBaladna Delivery: Earn Daily app. Not registered yet? See Become a MnBaladna Delivery Driver.

Driving for one store? Log in with the phone number and password your store created for you in its vendor panel. See Hire Delivery Staff.

1. Go online

  1. Open the app and log in.
  2. Switch your status to Online.
  3. Keep location on so we can send you nearby orders.

2. Accept an order

  • New order requests appear with the store, the customer's area and the distance.
  • Tap Accept to take the order, or ignore/reject it.
  • You can carry up to 3 orders at the same time.

3. Pick up at the store

  1. Tap the store address to navigate there.
  2. Show the order number to the store staff.
  3. Check that the number of items and bags matches the order.
  4. Tap Picked up.

4. Deliver to the customer

  1. Tap the customer's address to start navigation.
  2. Read the delivery notes (doorbell, floor, entrance).
  3. Need help finding the address? Call or chat with the customer from the order screen.

5. Complete the delivery

  1. Hand over the order.
  2. For cash on delivery, collect the amount shown in the app.
  3. Ask the customer for their verification code (OTP) and enter it in the app.
  4. Tap Delivered. The order is complete and your earnings are updated.

If something goes wrong

  • Customer not reachable: call and message them, wait a few minutes, then contact support.
  • Order not ready or items missing: tell the store and contact support.
  • You cannot finish an order: cancel with the right cancellation reason in the app, and contact support.

Tips

  • Keep hot and cold items separate and use a delivery bag.
  • Be friendly: customers can tip you in the app.
  • Follow traffic rules; safety first.
