Driver Earnings, Tips and Cash in Hand

Everything about your money as a MnBaladna driver is visible in the MnBaladna Delivery: Earn Daily app.

See your earnings

  1. Open the app and go to My Earnings / Wallet.
  2. View your earnings for today, this week and this month.
  3. Open the detailed earning statement to see each delivery.

How you earn

  • Freelancers earn per completed delivery.
  • Salary-based drivers are paid according to their agreement.
  • Delivering up to 3 orders at once helps you earn more per hour.

Tips

  • Customers can add a tip for you in the app.
  • Tips appear in your earnings.

Cash from cash-on-delivery orders

When a customer pays cash, you collect that money on behalf of MnBaladna and the store. This is your cash in hand.

  • The app shows how much cash you currently hold.
  • There is a limit on how much cash you may hold.
  • When you reach the limit, you must pay in the cash before you can take new cash orders.
  • Pay in using the method shown in the app.

Pay in regularly so you are never blocked during a busy shift.

Drive for one store? Your cash in hand is visible to that store in its driver list; agree with the store how you hand over the cash.

Getting paid

  • Your earnings (minus any cash you still hold) are paid out according to your arrangement with MnBaladna.
  • Keep your bank details up to date in your profile.

Loyalty and referral for drivers

The app may also include loyalty points and a refer-a-driver programme.
