Seller Dashboard Home

The dashboard is the first screen you see in the MnBaladna Store app and in the vendor panel. It shows how your store is doing and which orders need attention.

In the Store app

  • Store status: see whether your store is open or closed and switch it.
  • Earnings: today, this week and this month.
  • Active orders by status: tap a status to see the orders. See Handle Store Orders.
  • Order list: order number, date and time, order type (delivery or takeaway) and items. See View Order Details.

In the vendor panel

  • Filter the statistics by Overall, Today or This Month.
  • Status cards show how many orders are pending, confirmed, processing, ready for delivery, on the way and delivered. Click a card to open that list.
  • Total earning and Commission given.
  • A Yearly statistics chart.
  • Top selling items and Top rated items.
  • A Create Ads shortcut to request a paid ad. See Create Paid Ads.

Open or close your store

  • To pause new orders, switch on Store temporarily closed in Business section > Store config.
  • Your regular hours are set in the Daily Time Schedule. See Set Opening Hours and Delivery Time.

Order statuses

  • Pending: new orders waiting for your confirmation.
  • Confirmed and Processing: accepted and being prepared.
  • Ready for delivery: packed, waiting for the driver or takeaway customer.
  • Item on the way: picked up by the driver.
  • Delivered, Refunded and Scheduled.

Tips for busy moments

  • Keep the Store app open with the sound on during opening hours.
  • Increase your delivery time in Store config when it gets busy.
  • Read our tips for managing peak hours.
