MnBaladna Store App Overview

You run your store with two tools: the MnBaladna Store app (Google Play: "MnBaladna Store: Stock & Order") on your phone, and the vendor panel on a computer. They use the same account.

Get started with the app

Download the app from Google Play.
Choose English, Arabic, Dutch or German. See Select App Language.
Log in with your store account's email and password. No account yet? See Start as Seller.
Allow notifications so you never miss an order.

What you do in the app

The app is for daily work at the counter.

Receive, confirm and prepare orders. See Handle Store Orders.
Manage your own drivers.
Chat with customers (chat is part of the Advanced and Premium plans).
Change delivery time and opening hours, or close temporarily. See Set Opening Hours and Delivery Time.
Update products and stock.
View your balance and request a withdrawal. See View Your Balance.

The vendor panel menu

The web panel has everything, in these sidebar sections:

Dashboard: earnings, commission, order status cards. See Seller Dashboard Home.
Sales: Pos for walk-in sales and Orders.
Catalog: items, bulk import/export, low stock list, My Category.
Marketing: flash sales, basic and item campaigns, coupons, banners, advertisements and reels.
Deliveryman section: your own drivers.
Wallet Management: My wallet and Disbursement method.
Employee section: add staff with their own role and login.
Report section: expense, earning, disbursement and VAT reports.
Business section: My shop, Store config, Notification setup, My Business Plan, Reviews and Chat.

The header has the Build Your Custom Website button. See Your Store Website.

Tips

Use a dedicated phone or tablet at the counter with the sound on.
Do bigger jobs, like bulk import or website design, in the vendor panel.
The Store app is available for Android.
