Your Store Website

Every merchant on MnBaladna gets an own store website, on every plan, including the commission plan. Customers order directly from your website, and you handle those orders together with all your other MnBaladna orders.

Open the website builder

  1. Log in to the vendor panel.
  2. Click Build Your Custom Website in the header.
  3. Check that the website is switched on: Business section > Store config > Vendor Website Builder status.

Set up your pages

The builder has these sections:

  • Global Setting: logo and general settings
  • Domain Settings: your website address
  • Home Page and About Us Page
  • Privacy Policy Page, Refund Policy Page, Cancellation Policy Page and Terms & Condition
  • Help & Support Page

Design and publish

  1. Choose your Theme Color and Font Family.
  2. Use the device preview to check your site on phone, tablet and desktop.
  3. Click Save Draft to keep your work without publishing.
  4. Click Publish Changes to put it live.

For search engines, fill in Store Meta Data (SEO title, description, image) in Store config.

How website orders work

  • Your products, categories, prices and opening hours come from your store automatically.
  • Website orders arrive in Sales > Orders and in the MnBaladna Store app. See Handle Store Orders.
  • Customers pay by cash on delivery or digital payment.

Promote your website

  • Put the link in your Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp Business profile.
  • Print a QR code on flyers, menus and receipts.
  • Offer a coupon code for website visitors. See Create Discount Coupons.
