Plans for Merchants

You can sell on MnBaladna with a yearly subscription or on the commission plan. On every plan you get the vendor panel, the MnBaladna Store app and your own store website.

Subscription plans

Subscription plans are a fixed yearly fee. Every plan starts with a 3-month free trial.

  • Economy – €199/year: up to 200 orders and 100 products.
  • Intermediate – €299/year: up to 300 orders and 150 products.
  • Advanced – €399/year: up to 400 orders and 200 products, plus chat with your customers.
  • Premium – €599/year: unlimited orders and products.

Commission plan

No yearly fee: instead you pay a percentage of each order.

  • Restaurants: about 10%
  • Groceries: 5–8%
  • Retail (Shop): 8–10%

The rate for your store is confirmed by MnBaladna. You can follow the commission you paid on your Dashboard under Commission given.

Included on every plan

  • Your own store website. See Your Store Website.
  • The MnBaladna Store app for orders, drivers, chat, delivery time and opening hours. See MnBaladna Store App Overview.
  • Listing on the MnBaladna marketplace in 371 delivery zones and four languages.
  • Coupons, banners, campaigns, reviews and reels.

Which plan suits you?

  • Just starting or seasonal sales: the commission plan keeps fixed costs low.
  • Steady order volume: a fixed yearly fee is often cheaper over a year.
  • Want to chat with customers: choose Advanced or Premium.

Choose, change or renew your plan

  1. Compare the plans on the price plan page.
  2. New merchants choose a plan when registering via the vendor registration form.
  3. Existing merchants: in the vendor panel, open Business section > My Business Plan. You see your current plan, its expiry date and features.
  4. Click Change / Renew Subscription Plan and choose a subscription package, or choose the commission plan with Shift in this plan.
  5. To stop your subscription, click Cancel Subscription.
