Set Opening Hours and Delivery Time

Customers can only order when your store is open, and they see your delivery time before ordering. All these settings are in Store config in the vendor panel. You can also change delivery time and opening hours in the MnBaladna Store app.

Open Store config

  1. Log in to the vendor panel.
  2. In the sidebar, open Business section > Store config.

Opening hours: Daily Time Schedule

  1. Scroll to Daily Time Schedule (Monday to Sunday).
  2. For each day, set the Opening time and Closing time.
  3. Click + to add an extra shift, for example 11:00–15:00 and 17:00–22:00.
  4. Click the trash icon to delete a shift.
  5. Click Update.

Delivery time and order settings

  • Approx delivery time: a minimum and maximum, with the unit Minutes, Hours or Days. Customers see this on your store page.
  • Minimum processing time: how long you need to prepare an order.
  • Minimum order amount: the lowest order value you accept.
  • Toggles for Delivery, Take away, Scheduled order and Free delivery.

Save with Update. Be realistic with delivery time: include preparation and driving time.

Close temporarily

Switch on Store temporarily closed at the top of Store config to stop new orders, for example when it is too busy or during Friday prayer. Switch it off again to reopen.

Scheduled orders

With Scheduled order on, customers can pick a 60-minute slot within your opening hours. These orders appear in Sales > Orders > Scheduled. See Handle Store Orders.

Other settings in Store config

  • Delivery charge settings, packaging charge and tax.
  • Show Low Stock Count and Minimum stock for warning.
  • Halal tag and Store Meta Data for your website.
