Create Paid Ads

With a paid ad your store or a video is shown in promoted spots in the MnBaladna app and web app. You send an ad request from the vendor panel; MnBaladna reviews it and confirms the cost when the ad is approved. The price is not shown in the panel.

Request a new advertisement

  1. Log in to the vendor panel. (You can also click Create Ads on the Dashboard.)
  2. Open Marketing > Advertisement Management > New Advertisement.
  3. Enter a Title and Short Description.
  4. Choose the Advertisement Type:
    • Store Promotion: upload a profile image (1:1) and a cover image (2:1)
    • Video Promotion: upload your video
  5. Choose the Validity date range.
  6. Tick whether to show your Review and Rating.
  7. Check the preview and click Submit.

Follow your request

Your request appears under Advertisement Management > Ad Requests, with a status:

  • Pending: waiting for MnBaladna's review
  • Approved: accepted; the cost is confirmed by MnBaladna
  • Paused, Denied or Expired

The Payment Status column shows Paid or Unpaid. Running and past ads are in the Ads list.

Tips for a good ad

  • Promote something specific: a new product, a seasonal menu or a discount.
  • Use your own photos or a short video from your store.
  • Show your rating if you have good reviews; reply to reviews under Business section > Reviews.
  • Make sure you can handle more orders during the ad period. See Set Opening Hours and Delivery Time.
