Create Discount Coupons

Coupons attract new customers and reward regulars. You create them in the vendor panel and customers enter the code at checkout.

Create a coupon

1. Log in to the vendor panel.
2. In the sidebar, open Marketing > Coupons.
3. In Add new coupon, fill in:
   • Title: the name customers see
   • Coupon type: Default (a discount) or Free delivery
   • Code, for example RAMADAN10
   • Limit for same user: how many times one customer may use it
   • Start date and Expire date
   • Discount type: Amount or Percent
   • Min purchase: the minimum order value
   • Discount and, for percentages, Max discount
4. Click Submit. The coupon is active from the start date.

Manage coupons

• Your coupons are listed below the form, where you can edit them or switch them off.
• Coupons stop working automatically after the expire date.

See what a coupon costs you

Orders where a coupon or free delivery was used appear in Report section > Expense report. See Track Store Expenses.

Share your coupon

• Post the code on your social media and your own store website. See Your Store Website.
• Print it on a flyer in your shop.
• Customers apply it at checkout. See Unlock Offers.

Coupon ideas

• A welcome code for first-time customers of your store.
• A free-delivery code for quiet evenings.
• A seasonal code for Ramadan, Eid or back-to-school.

Best practices

• Use short, easy codes.
• Set a Min purchase so the discount stays profitable.
