Stores on MnBaladna regularly run discounts, join platform campaigns and publish coupon codes. This article explains where to find them and how to use them.

Where to find offers

  • Home screen banners: promotions and campaigns are shown as banners on the home screen.
  • Store pages: discounted products show the reduced price and the discount on the store page.
  • Campaigns: seasonal campaigns, for example for Ramadan and Eid, group participating stores together.
  • Coupons: available coupon codes can be viewed in the app before checkout.

Apply a coupon at checkout

  1. Add products to your cart from one store.
  2. Go to checkout.
  3. Tap Apply coupon and enter or select the code.
  4. Check that the discount appears in the order summary before you pay.

Coupon conditions

Each coupon has its own rules set by the store or by MnBaladna, for example a minimum order value, a validity period, a maximum number of uses or specific stores. The conditions are shown with the coupon. If a code is not accepted, check these conditions first.

Welcome discount for new customers

If a friend invited you with their referral code, you get €5 off your first order. The code is valid for one year. See Share and Earn.

Combine with loyalty points

You also earn loyalty points on your orders, which you can convert into wallet balance. See Earn Rewards.

  • Check the home screen before big holidays; many stores join campaigns.
  • Read the minimum order value before applying a code.
  • Follow MnBaladna on social media for new promotions.
