Place Your First Order

MnBaladna brings Arab and local stores to your door. Choose from four modules: Grocery, Food (restaurants), Shop and Pharmacy.

Step 1: Set your location

Open the Android app or web.mnbaladna.com and allow location access or choose a saved address. We deliver in 371 zones across the Netherlands. See Manage Your Addresses.

Step 2: Choose a module and store

  1. Pick Grocery, Food, Shop or Pharmacy.
  2. Browse stores or search for a product or store name.
  3. Check the store's opening hours, delivery time and rating.

Step 3: Fill your cart

  1. Tap a product, choose options (size, weight, extras) and tap Add to cart.
  2. Your cart contains products from one store at a time.

Step 4: Check out

  1. Open your cart and tap Checkout.
  2. Choose Home delivery or Takeaway (collect at the store).
  3. Choose now or schedule the order for a 60-minute time slot.
  4. Apply a coupon if you have one. See Unlock Offers.
  5. Check the delivery fee and service charge, shown at checkout before you pay.
  6. Choose a payment method: cash on delivery, digital payment (card/iDEAL) or wallet. See Payment Methods.
  7. Place the order. The store confirms it and starts preparing.

Step 5: Follow and receive your order

  • Follow the status in My Orders. See Delivery Zones, Fees and Tracking.
  • When the driver arrives, give them your verification code (OTP) from the app. This confirms delivery.
  • You can tip your driver.

Special order types

  • Pharmacy prescription: in a pharmacy store, choose to order by prescription and upload a photo of it.
  • Monthly order (Grocery and Pharmacy): set up a repeating order.
  • Re-order: open a past order and tap Re-order.
  • Guest checkout: order without an account. See Create an Account and Log In.
