Merchants and drivers

• Merchants: questions about registration, plans, payouts or your store website can go to the same phone/WhatsApp number or email. Mention your store name.
• Drivers: mention your registered phone number and, for delivery issues, the order number.

Safety

MnBaladna will never ask for your password or full card details by phone, WhatsApp or email. Never share your verification codes with anyone except the driver at delivery.
