Create an Account and Log In

You can shop on MnBaladna with an account or as a guest. An account lets you save addresses, follow orders, use your wallet, collect loyalty points and invite friends.

Where to sign up

• Android: the MnBaladna app on Google Play
• iPhone and computer: the web app at web.mnbaladna.com. See Using MnBaladna on iPhone (Web App).

Create an account

1. Open the app or web app and tap Sign up.
2. Enter your name, email address and phone number, and choose a password.
3. Have a referral code from a friend? Enter it now to get €5 off your first order.
4. Verify your email address and phone number with the codes we send you.
5. Done: you are logged in.

Sign up with Google

1. Tap Continue with Google.
2. Choose your Google account and allow access.
3. Add or confirm your phone number if asked.

Log in

• Use your email or phone number and your password, or
• tap Continue with Google.

Forgot your password?

1. On the login screen tap Forgot password.
2. Enter your email or phone number.
3. Follow the code or link we send you and choose a new password.

Order as a guest

Don't want an account? You can check out as a guest: enter your name, phone number and delivery address at checkout. As a guest you do not collect loyalty points or use the wallet.

After signing up

• Add your addresses: Manage Your Addresses
• Set your language and profile: Manage Your Profile
• Place your first order: Place Your First Order

Trouble signing up?

• No verification code? Check your spam folder and that your phone number includes the country code.
• Email or phone already in use? Try logging in or resetting your password.
