Using MnBaladna on iPhone (Web App)

An iOS app for iPhone and iPad is in development. Until it is available in the App Store, iPhone users can order everything on MnBaladna through our web app at web.mnbaladna.com. It runs in Safari or any other browser, with no download needed.

Open the web app

  1. Open Safari on your iPhone.
  2. Go to web.mnbaladna.com.
  3. Allow location access, or enter your address, so we can show stores that deliver to you.
  4. Log in or create an account. See Create an Account and Log In. You can also order as a guest.

Add MnBaladna to your home screen

Make the web app feel like a real app with an icon on your home screen:

  1. In Safari, open web.mnbaladna.com.
  2. Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow).
  3. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
  4. Tap Add. The MnBaladna icon now appears on your home screen.

What you can do in the web app

  • Order from Grocery, Food, Shop and Pharmacy stores. See Place Your First Order.
  • Pay by cash on delivery or digital payment (card/iDEAL). See Payment Methods.
  • Schedule orders, choose takeaway and track your delivery.
  • Manage your profile, addresses, wallet and loyalty points.
  • Switch between English, Arabic, Dutch and German.

Android and computer

Tips

  • Keep Safari up to date for the best experience.
  • Allow notifications for the site if asked, so you get order updates.
  • Your account works on all devices: log in with the same email, phone or Google account.
