Payment Methods

MnBaladna offers several ways to pay. You choose your payment method at checkout, after you see the full order total including the delivery fee and service charge.

Cash on delivery

  • Pay the driver in cash when your order arrives, or pay at the store for takeaway.
  • Please have the exact amount ready if you can.
  • Cash on delivery may not be available for every store or order.

Digital payment: card or iDEAL

  • Pay online with iDEAL or a debit/credit card.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. MnBaladna does not store your full card details.
  • After paying you return to the app and your order is sent to the store.

Wallet

  • Pay with the balance in your MnBaladna wallet.
  • Your wallet is filled by adding funds, converting loyalty points or receiving refunds. See Use E-Wallet.
  • Note: you cannot split one order between the wallet and another method. Your wallet balance must cover the whole order.

How to pay

  1. Go to checkout.
  2. Check the total: products, delivery fee, service charge and any discount.
  3. Choose Cash on delivery, Digital payment or Wallet.
  4. Place your order.

If a payment fails

  • You can retry the payment straight away or choose another method.
  • If money was taken but the order failed, contact support with the time of payment.

Refunds

Approved refunds can be paid back to your MnBaladna wallet. See Cancel an Order or Request a Refund and our Refund Policy.

Tips from drivers

You can add a tip for your driver. 100% of tips go to the driver.
