Use E-Wallet

Your MnBaladna wallet stores balance in euros that you can use to pay for orders. Money reaches your wallet in three ways: you add funds yourself, you convert loyalty points, or a refund is paid into your wallet.

Check your balance

  1. Open the app or web.mnbaladna.com and log in.
  2. Go to Profile > Wallet.
  3. You see your current balance and a list of transactions (added funds, payments, refunds, converted points).

Add funds

  1. On the wallet screen, tap Add Funds.
  2. Enter the amount.
  3. Pay with a digital payment method such as card or iDEAL (processed securely by Stripe).
  4. After a successful payment the balance appears in your wallet.

Pay with your wallet

  1. Go to checkout.
  2. Select Wallet as the payment method.
  3. Confirm your order.

Important: combining the wallet with another payment method on one order is not available. If your balance is lower than the order total, add funds first or choose cash on delivery or digital payment instead. See Payment Methods.

Refunds to your wallet

When a refund request is approved, the amount can be returned to your wallet so you can use it right away on your next order. See Cancel an Order or Request a Refund.

Loyalty points to wallet

You earn loyalty points worth 2% of your order value and can convert them to wallet balance. See Earn Rewards.

Keep your wallet safe

  • Never share your password or verification codes.
  • If you see a transaction you do not recognise, contact support right away.
