How to Delete Your Account

This guide explains the process for permanently deleting your user account and associated data from our platform. Please note that account deletion is irreversible.

Before You Proceed

• Data Backup: Download any data you wish to keep before initiating deletion.
• Active Subscriptions: Cancel any active subscriptions to avoid future charges.
• Irreversible Action: Once deleted, your account, profile, and all associated data cannot be recovered.

Steps to Delete Your Account

1. Log in to your account on our website or app.
2. Navigate to Settings > Account > Privacy & Security.
3. Scroll to find the "Delete Account" section.
4. Review the information about data removal and confirm you understand the consequences.
5. Click the "Permanently Delete Account" button.
6. You may be asked to enter your password or complete a verification step to confirm your identity.
7. After confirmation, you will receive an email confirming the deletion request. The process may take up to 30 days to fully complete from our systems.

What Happens After Deletion?

• Your profile, personal information, and uploaded content will be permanently removed from public view and our databases.
• Some anonymized or aggregated data may be retained for legal or analytical purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
• You will no longer be able to access any services requiring an account.
