Create Banner Ads

A banner is a wide image that promotes your store, a product or an offer. You can create your own banners in the vendor panel.

Create a banner

1. Log in to the vendor panel.
2. In the sidebar, open Marketing > Banners.
3. In Banner Setup, fill in:
   • Banner title
   • Redirection URL: the page customers go to when they tap the banner, for example a product or your store website
   • Upload Banner: a JPG or PNG image in 3:1 format, maximum 2 MB
4. Save the banner.

Where your banner is shown to customers: check the preview after publishing.

Switch a banner on or off

Your banners are listed below the form. Use the status toggle to turn a banner on or off, for example after an offer ends.

Design tips

• Size your image in 3:1, for example 1500 × 500 pixels.
• Use one clear message, for example "Fresh baklava for Eid".
• Keep text short and readable on a phone.
• Use your own product photos and your logo.
• Make sure the offer in the banner is actually available.

Banner checklist

• Does the Redirection URL open the right page?
• Is your stock sufficient for extra orders?
