Earn Rewards

Every order you place on MnBaladna earns you loyalty points. You can convert these points into wallet balance and use that balance to pay for future orders.

How you earn points

  • You earn points equal to 2% of your order value.
  • Points are added to your account after your order is completed.
  • Points are personal and belong to your account.

Check your points

  1. Open the app or web.mnbaladna.com.
  2. Go to Profile > Loyalty Points.
  3. You see your current points and the history of points earned and converted.

Convert points to wallet balance

  1. On the loyalty points screen, tap Convert to wallet.
  2. Enter the number of points you want to convert. You can convert from 1 point.
  3. Confirm. The converted amount is added to your MnBaladna wallet.

The conversion value is shown in the app before you confirm.

Use your wallet balance

At checkout, choose Wallet as the payment method. Note: a wallet payment cannot be combined with another payment method on the same order, so your wallet balance must cover the full order to pay with it. See Use E-Wallet and Payment Methods.

Other ways to save

  • Invite friends with your referral code and earn €1 for each successful referral. See Share and Earn.
  • Use coupons and store offers. See Unlock Offers.

Good to know

  • If an order is cancelled or refunded, points from that order may be removed.
  • Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
