Process Withdrawals

Payouts on MnBaladna are not automatic. When you want to receive your earnings, you send a withdrawal request. MnBaladna processes it and transfers the money to your bank account or PayPal.

The steps below use the labels of the vendor panel on the web. The MnBaladna Store app offers the same information; its menu labels may differ slightly.

Step 1: Add your payout method

  1. Log in to the vendor panel.
  2. In the sidebar, open Wallet Management > Disbursement method.
  3. Click Add new method.
  4. Choose:
    • Bank: enter your bank details such as account holder, IBAN and SWIFT/BIC, or
    • PayPal: enter your PayPal email address.
  5. Save. Check the details carefully; a wrong IBAN delays your payout.

Step 2: Request a withdrawal

  1. Open Wallet Management > My wallet and check your Withdrawable balance. See View Your Balance.
  2. Click Request withdraw.
  3. Under Select Withdraw Method, choose:
    • Bank: about 3 business days
    • PayPal: about 2 business days
  4. Enter the Amount (up to your withdrawable balance).
  5. Click Submit.

Step 3: Follow the status

  • The Withdraw request tab shows your requests and their status.
  • While a request is open, the amount appears under Pending withdraw.
  • Completed payouts move to Payment history and Total Withdrawn.
  • Upcoming payouts are listed under Next Payouts.
  • For an overview of all payouts, open Report section > Disbursement report.

Before you request

  • Make sure recent orders are marked as delivered, so their earnings are in your withdrawable balance.
  • Check that the bank account name matches your business or account holder.
  • Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
