View Your Balance

Your balance shows how much your store has earned on MnBaladna and how much you can withdraw. You can check it in the MnBaladna Store app and in the vendor panel.

The steps below use the labels of the vendor panel on the web. The MnBaladna Store app offers the same information; its menu labels may differ slightly.

Open your wallet

Vendor panel: in the sidebar, open Wallet Management > My wallet.
Store app: open the wallet or balance screen from the menu.

What you see

Cash in Hand: cash your store's own drivers collected from cash-on-delivery orders.
Withdrawable balance: the amount you can request to be paid out now.
Pending withdraw: amounts you requested that are still being processed.
Total Withdrawn: everything paid out to you so far.
Total earning: your total earnings on MnBaladna.

All amounts are in euros.

History tabs

Withdraw request: your withdrawal requests and their status.
Payment history: payouts you have received.
Next Payouts: upcoming payouts.

How your balance is built up

Digitally paid orders (card/iDEAL) add your share to your balance.
On the commission plan, the commission is deducted per order; the Dashboard shows Total earning and Commission given. See Plans for Merchants.

Get paid

Payouts are not automatic. Click Request withdraw when you want to be paid. See Process Withdrawals.
