Add Product to Store

You add and manage products in the vendor panel under Catalog. Check first how many products your plan allows: Economy up to 100, Intermediate 150, Advanced 200, Premium unlimited. See Plans for Merchants.

Step 1: Create your own categories

Open Catalog > Categories > My Category.
Add a name for each language, choose a priority (Normal, Medium or High) and upload a square (1:1) image.

Main Category and Main Sub Category are fixed platform lists that you choose from when adding a product.

Step 2: Add a new item

Open Catalog > Items > Add new.
Use the language tabs (Default, EN, AR, NL, DE) to enter the Name and Short description. AI Generate can draft a description for you.
Upload the Item Thumbnail (square 1:1, under 2 MB), extra images and, if you like, a Product Video (MP4/WEBM/OGG up to 20 MB, or a link).
Choose the Main Category (required), sub category, Brand and Unit.
Add details such as Nutrition, Allergen Ingredients, Is It Halal, Is organic and Search tags.
Enter the Unit Price (â‚¬), an optional Discount type (Amount or Percent) and Discount, the Max. Purchase Qty Limit and Total stock.
Add Attribute variations (for example size or weight) if needed.
Click Submit.

Many products at once

Open Catalog > Items > Bulk import, download the Excel template, fill it in, click Choose File and then Import (or Update for existing items). Bulk export downloads your catalog.

Keep stock up to date

In Store config, switch on Show Low Stock Count and set the Minimum stock for warning.
See products running out under Catalog > Items > Low stock list.

Show your products in more places

All products also appear on your own store website. See Your Store Website.
Upload reels under Marketing > Reels Management > Create Reels.
