1. Seller and Official Store Agreement

Seller Agreement

Having a seller agreement is a fundamental element for building trust in our multi-seller marketplace. This agreement is the legal document that governs sellers' use of the platform and defines their rights and obligations.

The agreement typically includes clauses regarding seller responsibilities such as providing accurate product information, delivery within agreed timeframes, as well as facilitating payment and return procedures in compliance with Dutch and European consumer protection laws.

The agreement also ensures clear rules to prevent the sale of prohibited goods (such as counterfeit or legally prohibited items) and to maintain product quality and fair return policies.

Platform Role and Rights

The platform is an intermediary that provides technology and logistics, and does not directly buy or sell products.

Seller Responsibilities

  • The seller must ensure the accuracy of product descriptions and prices.
  • Cooperate in marketing and technical support when needed.
  • Comply with local business and trade regulations.
  • Prevent the sale of prohibited or counterfeit goods.

Payment and Fees

The agreement clarifies the fee and commission system (such as the platform's transaction fee), and the mechanism and schedule for receiving payments.

Returns and Disputes

It defines the terms for the return process and refunds in case the product does not match specifications or arrives damaged, in accordance with Dutch consumer protection laws.

Termination and Contracts

The contract includes cases for suspension or cancellation (such as material breach of terms) and penalties (such as listing removal).
