How to Update Order Status

Delivery personnel can easily change the status of an order with a single tap to reflect the current stage of the delivery lifecycle. The app supports the following key status updates:

  • Received: This status is used to confirm that the deliveryman has successfully picked up the order from the merchant or store.
  • Out for Delivery: Selecting this option indicates that the deliveryman is en route to the customer's delivery location.
  • Delivered: This marks the completion of the delivery process once the package has been handed over to the customer.
