If you need to take a break from your business, the Temporary Close feature allows you to pause your store for a specific period. This ensures that your customers are informed about your absence and know exactly when you will return.

How to Temporarily Close Your Store

  1. Log in to your vendor dashboard.
  2. Navigate to the Settings menu.
  3. Select the Store Status option.
  4. Toggle the Temporary Close switch to enable it.
  5. Specify the Start Date and End Date for the closure.
  6. Optionally, add a custom message to display on your storefront during this period.
  7. Click Save Changes.

What Customers See

Once enabled, your storefront will display a clear notification indicating that your shop is temporarily closed. This message will include the dates you specified, helping customers manage their expectations and return to shop when you reopen.

Reopening Your Store Early

If you decide to reopen before the scheduled end date, simply return to the Store Status settings and toggle the Temporary Close switch off. Your store will become active immediately.
