Steps to Initiate a Refund

  1. Open the App: Launch the customer application on your device and log in to your account.
  2. Navigate to Orders: Go to the 'My Orders' or 'Order History' section within the app menu.
  3. Select the Order: Find the order containing the dissatisfactory product and tap on it to view details.
  4. Choose Refund: Select the specific item(s) you wish to return and click on the 'Request Refund' option.
  5. Submit Reason: Provide a brief reason for the return to help us improve our service, then confirm your submission.

Once submitted, our support team will process your request immediately. You will receive a notification regarding the status of your refund shortly.
