The MnBaladna vendor app is designed to give vendors complete autonomy over their business operations. One of the key features available is the ability to close your store directly from the app. This functionality is ideal for vendors who need to pause operations temporarily due to restocking, vacations, or personal emergencies.

Why Use the Close Store Feature?

This feature provides essential flexibility and control over your online presence. By closing your store temporarily, you ensure that customers do not place orders when you are unable to fulfill them. This helps maintain your store's reputation by preventing delayed deliveries and communication gaps.

How to Close Your Store

Closing your store is a straightforward process within the MnBaladna vendor interface:

1. Open the MnBaladna Vendor App on your device.
2. Navigate to the Store Settings or Dashboard menu.
3. Select the option to Close Store or toggle your availability status to "Offline."

Once activated, your store will be marked as closed, and customers will be unable to browse or purchase products until you choose to reopen.

Resuming Operations

When you are ready to resume business, simply return to the app and toggle the status back to "Open." Your store will instantly become live on the platform, allowing you to resume receiving orders immediately.
