Steps to Update Bank Information

To modify your banking details, follow these general steps within the app:

  1. Log in to your vendor dashboard.
  2. Navigate to the Settings or Profile menu.
  3. Select the option for Payment Methods or Bank Details.
  4. Enter the updated information in the required fields.
  5. Save your changes to confirm the update.

To ensure successful transactions and reconciliation, please verify the accuracy of the following details:

  • Account Holder's Name: Must match the name registered with the bank.
  • Bank Name: The official name of your financial institution.
  • Account Number: Your specific bank account number.
  • Routing/Sort Code or SWIFT/IBAN: The code required to identify the bank branch.
