How to Delete Your Account in MnBaladna App

Steps:

• Go to your personal account page:
  Open the MnBaladna app and navigate to the "My Account" section from the main menu.
• Select the "Delete Account" option:
  In your personal account page, you'll find an option labeled "Delete Account". Click on it to start the deletion process.
• Confirmation window:
  Once you click on "Delete Account," a warning confirmation window will appear with the following message:
  "Are you sure you want to delete your account? All your information will be deleted and cannot be recovered."
• Confirm or cancel the deletion:
  • If you're sure you want to delete your account, click "Yes".
  • If you've changed your mind and wish to keep your account, click "No".

Data That Will Be Permanently Deleted:

When the deletion is confirmed, all data associated with your account will be permanently removed from the app, including:

1. Email Address: Your registered email address will be deleted and unlinked from any future services in the app.
2. Phone Number: Your registered phone number will be completely deleted and will no longer be used for communication or notifications.
3. Order History: All previous orders made through the app will be erased from the records, and you won't be able to retrieve them.
4. Payment History: All payment transactions linked to your account, including bills and past transaction records, will be deleted.
5. Remaining Balance in Wallet: If you have any remaining balance in your wallet within the app, it will be forfeited and will not be refundable after deletion.
6. Notifications: All notifications linked to your account will be disabled, and you will no longer receive any future notifications from the app.

Important Notes:

• Once the account is deleted, data cannot be restored, nor can the account be retrieved in any way.
• Please ensure that you have utilized any remaining balance in the wallet, as funds are not refundable after account deletion.
• We recommend reviewing all orders and transactions before proceeding with the deletion, especially if there are any pending transactions.
