"Educate Them to Build a Nation": Campaign to Support Education for Syrian Children and Youth

For over a decade, millions of Syrian children and youth have suffered from the ongoing conflict that has torn apart their country, not only in terms of safety and stability but also their fundamental right to education. Hundreds of schools have been destroyed or repurposed as shelters, teachers have been displaced, and books and schoolbags have become an unattainable dream for thousands of children who have been forced out of classrooms.

Today, an entire generation is at risk of being lost, having grown up amidst war without learning to read or write or receiving any academic or vocational education. Some are forced to work at a young age to support their families, while others live in camps lacking the basic requirements for an educational environment. This disruption not only affects the present but threatens Syria's future, as nations are built on knowledge, and societies rise only through educated and aware generations.

For this reason, we launched the "Educate Them to Build a Nation" campaign, which aims to restore hope to the hearts of children and youth by reopening the doors of education. We seek to provide scholarships for the most vulnerable, support existing educational centers, and fund mobile educational initiatives to reach students in remote areas or camps. We also provide essential educational supplies such as books, notebooks, bags, and electronic tools, while contributing to teachers' salaries to encourage them to continue their noble mission.
